I recently started having an issue when playing warzone where my mouse would stop tracking for a second or two at a time and then go back to normal.
I don't get a windows device disconnect sound when it happens, my mouse's RGB doesn't cut out, and it is very random when it happens.
It seems to be every 30 seconds to a minute or so, sometimes back to back, the freezes occur. My mouse is a Corsair Katar Pro XT. I have my polling rate at 1000 and my dpi at only 950.
I had ICUE installed since I got my laptop but after finding some videos recently about it causing PC crashes, which is a whole other problem I've been having, I uninstalled it. This was after the problem arose.

I also tried to uninstall my mouse drivers through device manager and also update my mouse drivers through ICUE, but it didn't fix anything. I've also attempted to clean the sensor and all of those basic things google will tell you.

This problem isn't only happening on warzone, as for it has happened on my desktop a few times and happens when I play Paladins all the time.
I don't think I've ever slammed my mouse from anger, nor is my mouse old enough for it to be physically broken (at least I hope)
Attached below is a clip I recorded where you should hopefully see what I'm talking about.

At 0:03, going into the roll and for a few frames after, my mouse stopped responding. At 0:11 you can see a freeze, you can see where it cuts back it and I'm moving it around a lot to try and fix it and then it does a long freeze right after at 0:13 and I die.

EDIT: The background apps have running at all times are Flux, Steam, Wallpaper Engine, Spotify and Discord. These are all apps I've used since I got the PC so I don't believe they're the problem.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, condition (original, new, refurbished, used)?

Disk drives(s): make, model, capacity, how full?

As a matter of elimination stop all those apps running in the background.

Determine if the mouse problem ends or changes. Then bring back the apps one at a time allowing time between each restoration.

Some update or change to one of the apps, drivers, or OS may have started or otherwise caused the mouse problem.

Look in Reliability History and Event Viewer. Either one or both may be capturing an error of some sort that precedes or corresponds to the mouse problems.
