Question Mouse & keyboard lagging badly

I'm 5 minutes away from tossing my mouse and keyboard in the rubbish bin!

I have a Logitech set - Keyboard K270 and Mouse M185 - with one Nano(?) USB. I've had them for a little over a year and in my shop. I recently switched over from win10 to 11. At first the lagging from both items was minimal. but now it has become 1000x worse! The lagging is constant. And the keyboard acts oddly when used. Typing is no fun.

Device Manager shows them both as HID compliant. I can't seem to update drivers.

It's real bad after I wake the PC from Screen Saver mode. It takes a good minute or two until I can use the mouse properly. This is embarrassing when I have clients in the shop.

Ideas?

I have 2 sets of K270/M185 and I have found them to be excellent, reliable, responsive. Never had any lag with either sets which is why I bought a second set, but on Win 10 only. Maybe its a Windows 11 "feature" ?

I don't know as I don't own a wired keyboard & mouse.

I have another PC in my flat with a different mouse & keyboard and Win11. No issues. It's only this one. Took roughly five minutes this morning for the mouse and keyboard to begin to react in a normal state.

Maybe the usb dongle has become defective.
As you have another PC at home with Win 11, then you can test your dodgy set on that pc or test the good set on your shop pc.
