Mouse scrolling while moving the cursor makes corsor go very fast for a second problem.

So i got a cheap gaming mouse (Made in China) its probably about 5€. Everything was good until i tried bhoping in Counter Strike when I move the mouse + scroll at the same time the mouse very weirdly just becomes 10 times faster for 0.01s or as I like to call it skips, becouse that's what you basically see. Its not a problem with the game it happens everywhere.

Can anyone tell me how it works, becouse I have never seen a problem like this and if its possible how to fix it.

Make sure that scrolling doesn't effect your DPI. Could also be a bad mouse, it was cheap.

How can I make sure it doen't effect my dpi? I don't think there is a setting in Windows like that is there? And yes it is a very cheap and Chinese mouse it even says "6D Caming Mouse" instead of "*Gaming" I was pretty sure it was a bad mouse but I have never seen a problem like this. Just wanted to know why.

Make sure you have the newest mouse drivers. Don't know where to check for that mouse though. Check key bindings in-game make sure there is no conflicting binds.
