Mouse software won't open

So I don't have a CD drive for my PC and saw links in the question for this software since the website for the software are down. However I am having trouble opening the file when its in View Downloads Internet Explorer. Any ideas?

did you extract the rar file using winrar? Pretty sure Windows can't extract them by default. Once its extracted you should be able to run them from file explorer.

Odd Pictiek web site talks about pillows? the ET site does time out. took me a while to figure out what question you were talking about, found it in a round about way.
