Msconfig not saving changes

Hello,

The problem is that my msconfig doesn't save changes, when i click apply it doesn't show the restart button and reverts back after going to msconfig again.

In safe mode it happens aswell so no idea what to do. Waiting for further answers.

try to create new admin profile/user, and use that one to change msconfig.

Disable Secure boot. This will solve the problem.
But this is not something that is recommended to do so unless there are no other choices.
