Screen goes black after motherboard logo when having GPU for MSI RX 590 OC and also when installing them (and suddenly started when I had 20.12.1)
Can boot into safe mode, wiping with DDU works up until I try to install them again (after restart prompt I can boot normally into Windows for 2-3 minutes when the installation is like 60-70% complete the screen goes black and you can only boot into safe mode to fix it), weird that the problem started suddenly without any changes in OS (I THINK, or perhaps an update just passed by in the background), just tried booting my PC up and it just won't go past that logo splash (no signal on the display, keyboard and mouse still lit up), then I tried those things with safe mode and DDU.
Tried 20.12.1 to no result, low resolution graphics setting in startup options doesn't work, I even flashed my BIOS and formatted my drive and done a clean Windows install and this issue still persists when either Windows Update tries to download AMD drivers or when I try to do it via appropiate version downloaded from AMD site.
Now I'm stuck with a $300 GPU that doesn't even work as intended
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
GPU: MSI Radeon RX 590 OC (BIOS Version 015.050.003.000.000000)
(spare one: AMD Radeon HD 5670)
Motherboard: MSI B450 A-PRO MAX
RAM: 2x8GB Patriot Viper 3200MHz
PSU: SilentiumPC Supremo L2 550W
OS: then Windows 10 Home Single Language build 18363.1139, now Windows 10 Pro 20H2 up-to-date with updates)
Display: Asus K222HQL (1080p 60Hz)
Driver: Adrenalin 21.2.2, 20.12.1
Background applications: MSI Afterburner (for underclocking GPU to reference model's frequency to be stable because of fault-ish stock "OC" from MSI but now I can't get this to launch either because of absent GPU from device manager)
Tried system recovery, resetting CMOS, wiping with DDU from safe mode, full format, BIOS flashing
Please, I've already ran out of any ideas for a fix.
