Question MSI B350M/RYZEN 7 2700 NO POST. NO EZ DEBUG LIGHTS

I've built my first computer!
Everything spins, lights up and looks amazing!
The ez debug lights flash up in initial power own then turn off, no other lights come on yet my display isn't working?

I've currently got hdmi plugged into my graphics card, also tried hdmi on mobo.

I've read all the forum posts but I have no debug lights lit? So it should work, any ideas?

Your motherboard probably doesn't have a new enough BIOS to support the Ryzen 2000 series.

That CPU requires this BIOS in that motherboard.

There are earlier versions of that BIOS and if you are running one you can have problems like you are having.

Also bear in mind on the B350 you won't have BIOS flashback, so you would need a compatible CPU to be able to perform the BIOS update.

So the only way to do this is to either have a cpu that works to update it another mobo?

Any 1000 series Ryzen or Ax-9000 series. Right now the cheapest one that will work is the Ryzen 3 1200 for $60.
