Hey, not sure if anyone here can help but I recently bought an RTX 3080 that I’ve been trying to use in my desktop PC (which I’ve had since December 2020). Everything turns on, lights up, except there is no output on my monitor. Additionally, the BOOT led is white on my motherboard. Before putting in the 3080, my PC worked fine (I had a GTX 980 in before). I think it has to do with the BIOS as I haven't updated it in a long time. So far I have tried:
- Disconnecting and reconnecting all the cables and components
- Booting without my drives plugged in
- Resetting the CMOS (twice)
- Doing 3 independent GPU power cables and 1 independent, 1 y-split
- Using 3 different types of USB flash drives (Lexar USB2.0 16gb partitioned to 2gb and also kept normal size, SanDisk USB2.0 16gb, and some cheap USB2.0’s 2gb off of Amazon)

The furthest I got was with one of the cheap USB2.0’s off Amazon. It has been stuck flashing with EZ Flash since last night (it is the next morning now). Whenever I use the other USB’s it with flash for a few seconds, then it’ll stop and go solid red. When I’ve booted with all components plugged in, everything turns on (fans, fan LEDs, CPU cooler fan, CPU cooler LEDs, GPU lights and fans, motherboard lights, PSU fan, etc). I also don't have access to that 980 anymore because I brought my PC with me when I moved for school.

The specs of my PC are:
- AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
- 32GB G.Skill Aegis DDR4-3200MHz RAM
- MSI MPG B550 Gaming Edge WiFi Motherboard
- EVGA FTW3 RTX 3080
- EVGA 750W Gold semi-modular PSU
- Samsung 860 EVO 512GB SSD
- Seagate 2TB HDD
- Toshiba 6TB HDD
- NZXT H510 Case

I think it has to do with the BIOS as I haven't updated it in a long time.
What BIOS version are you currently on for your motherboard?

32GB G.Skill Aegis DDR4-3200MHz RAM
Is that 4x sticks? Try and work with 2 sticks in slots A2 and B2, then try with the BIOS flashing.

EVGA 750W Gold semi-modular PSU
How old is the PSU in your build?

As for your BIOS flashing process, did you go through this guide;
