MSI Laptop very low sound volume

Hello,
MSI Laptop computer, has very low sound volume. The computer is about 6 months old, always has had low volume. Re-loaded drivers.

Go to Control Panel Sounds/Playback select speakers as output then Properties set levels at 100% then Enhancements - enable Loudness Equalization. In the audio applications like Winamp make sure the volume bar is not set to minimum.

have done all of the above, my volume is still very low
