I bought a MSI GP72RF notebook a while ago and i want to upgrade my storage to an SSD and maybe a M.2 as well. I bought a NVME samsung 970 EVO and a Crucial MX500 1TB 3D NAND SATA 2.5 Inch Internal SSD from amazon. My bios did not want to recognize the M.2 and the Crucial SSD crashed on boot and was corrupted almost immediately. No idea what I did wrong so I returned them. Back to square one.
What SSD should I get for this notebook? Apparently MSI doesn't like anything I put in it so any recommendations or additional information would be appreciated.
