Question MSI Power Supply make coil whine / static white noise even when turned off. (PC off - PSU off)

My MSI A750GL (which is tier A speculative) have some noise when the PSU is plugged into the wall, regardless of whether or not the PSU switch is on or off. This noise is constant, and last forever as far as I can tell. It does not disappear after awhile. It only disappears when the psu is completely disconnected from the power. Once it’s plugged in again, the noise resume, regardless of the status of the pc/psu.

The PSU seems to be working fine, with the static noise mentioned.

The replacement unit still has the same issue.

Does anyone else have this issue too?

If anyone is interested in the noise:

Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Have you tried relocating to another wall outlet in your abode to see if the noise persists? Also, do you feel a slight tingling sensation when you touch the metal part of your case and your bare feet are making contact with a tiled(non-wooden, non-carpeted) floor?

Hi yes, my outlet do not have grounding. However, there shouldn’t be any current coming when PSU is turned off, wouldn’t it?

Any update I have the same problem (evga 550w ga gold 80 plus) I think it's ground related or undervolting GPU or CPu issue I read a thread from the same problem where they said that I don't know how right or wrong they were since I didn't follow the suggestion yet
