[SOLVED] MSI RTX 3080 Suprim X high temps

I've bought a MSI RTX 3080 Suprim X a week ago and I noticed the temps are quite high when I play games. In idle it sits at around 50C at 30% fan speed and in games at nearly 80C and the fan ramps up to 80-90%. I find it quite odd, no overclock was done, I have a Phanteks p400, 3 fans exhaust and 2 intake. The newest vbios is installed, should I RMA it?

Run a benchmark,something like Unigine Heaven,its not the best but it will do.
Let is run for 15min,dont touch anything.
After 15min see what the peak temp is.

Did you plug the card correctly into the pcie or psu cables into the gpu? Did you fix your gpu to prevent sag?
I've this problem few years ako with R9 270x. Temps were like yours and I notised it's not fixed well. Afrer that, temps were fine.
