MSI Titanium x370 pricing?

Whilst many Suppliers are offering some products and MoBos with Xmas reduction offers, why has MSI's top of the range X370 XTitanium board seen such huge reductions of up to 60% with some retailers?
Are the existing x370s about to be replaced with new updated boards already, or has that particular board got problems?

Nah, just selling strategy. You can see they are expensive, so few people will purchase. They want to sell it quick to move spaces for more new motherboards. As long as seller has good reputation and return policy, go for it. X370 will stay for at least 3 years.

Read some or the consumer reviews seems to be hit or miss and most say way overpriced for what you get without a lot of the features even working.
