Question MSI-X470 Gaming plus max - Seagate 2TB HDD not showing

Pretty much as the title says, Ill start with my specs.

Everythings working in order, and im not new to building pcs but this has left me confused. I have one M2 Sata i boot WIN11 from, I have a M2 nvme in the 2ND slot.
Im trying to add a 2TB Seagate HDD and this is refusing to show in any form on the PC.

I have enabled the sata ports, i have tried all ports and i have it understood that you cant use certain ports when using one of the M2 ports.

Can anyone help me with how to fix this issue and get this HDD to show on bios or post boot to OS.

Try different sata ports on the mobo.
Try different data and power cables.
Test the disk on a different pc.

Nothing shows anywhere regarding the HDD, the HDD is second hand, but this is also happening with new SSD & sata ports.

done this, i have also swapped PSUs, cables , Kettle leads.
