Good morning everybody,
so i just got a new PC with following Specs:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800x
GPU: MSI Geforce RTX 2060
MB: MSI X570 Gaming Plus
PSU: be quiet! Straight Power 11 650W
SSD: Samsung 980 500 GB
RAM: 32GB 2x 16 G.Skill Aeg

The problem is that, since the first boot the PC is showing the CPU LED red, powering on for a very short time (no image on screen) and switching off again, than the VGA LED is red for a few seconds and everything is out again.

I already tried:
  • only one RAM slot
  • different RAM slots
  • without GPU
  • i have also flashed BIOS Versions 7C37vAA and 7C37vAF3
but nothing changed.

I have no different CPU to exchange and try with out!
Hope you can help me!!!

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Per your BIOS, there are 4 BIOS versions between AA and AF3. Considering that AF3 is a Beta BIOS, you're advised to have non Beta BIOS unless you really need to be on a Beta version. The other thing is, why did you skip from one to the next, you're advised to flash the BIOS in a gradual manner, meaning working your way up to the latest(non-Beta) BIOS.

Might I ask how you flashed the BIOS? Which slots are the rams populating on your motherboard? As for the system, breadboard with only one stick of ram on motherboard and the CPU + discrete GPU, no SSD and see if you get POST. As for the CMOS battery, while it's disconnected from the wall and display, remove the battery for at least 30 minutes before replacing it.

The selection of the BIOS has been done based on some internet research, where others had the same problem as i had!

I flashed the BIOS as followed:
1.) Power off Board
2.) Unplug Cord
3.) Clear CMOS
4.) Plug Cord
5.) USB Drive into the Bios Flash Port
6.) Power Board
7.) Press Bios Flash Button till the respective LED starts flashing
