Question MSI Z270A PRO Problems with XMP

Hello community, I´ve got one problem here with my motherboard. Ive got MSI Z-270A PRO. I´d like to Overclock my RAM from 2133Mhz to 2666. When i try to do that, my motherboard shows me some kind of error after rebooting and want from me to reset settings to default or go to Bios. But when i turn on my XMP with OC Genie overclock to 2666 works with no problem. But there is a problem, because i cant override OC genie profile to my CPU setting when its on and XMP doesn´t work without OC genie for me.

Ive tried to update bios to newest version and it still does that..

what is the model of the ram?
look up the setting oc genie use to oc the ram, and do the same

Model: Viper Elite Series DDR4 16GB (4 x 4GB) It shows 2133 mhz in default but its suppose to be 2400. So there should be settings for OC genie? cause when i turn OC genie on, i cant even change the core voltage for my CPU.

when you turn oc genie on, doest it show what ram settings it using? or just 2666?

There are some values but XMP doesnt even work, when OC genie is off.
