Hello, I've recently moved to i9 13900k platform with the follow components:
i9 13900k
MAG Z790 TOMAHAWK WIFI DDR4
F4-3200C16-16GTRS x 4 dimms
Gigabyte rtx2070 super
When I got into bios to enable XMP the system restarted and locked without sending any signal but the memory fail led was on. Resetting bios fixed it, BUT whenever I pressed the reset button returns to locking state again and unlocks in random time, the same happens if I force shutdown from power button on the case. I flashed the latest bios and this seems to fix those issues, I pressed the reset plenty of times and rams didn't fail on startup, but the xmp still causes the ram to fail. I bought the 2 of the dimms four months ago for my previous build and added two more of the same set which have been bought from the same store. After all this fights the system runs fine but the cpu-z shows tha 2 dimms run at 2133 and the rest at 2666 is there a problem with ram? XMP is still off. The xmp value is 3200 for all of them.

Is this normal to happen?
