msn current downloads

i down loaded a new program from a vendor and it showed
up in current downloads i started the program after it
had downloaded by double clicking on exe it started to
install but cancelled i would like to try and install
again but i cannot find the current download folder or
file any one help please

Hi,

There are 2 ways of downloading a program.

1. saving to the hard disk and then clicking open.
2. running it directly from the internet.

If you have selected the first option then u can do a search of the
<filename>.exe on your computer and then open it once it is found.

If you have selected the second option then the file isnt saved to the hard
disk and you must redownload the file again.
