a little question..
is there any setting i can set so i can get msn chat windows always on top,
like if I am playing a game (which is allways fullscreen then) so i can chat
with people without having to minimize game
Got a friend who can see people login (the little ---- has loged in window
pops up)

When you're logged in and are having a chat, simply click on the "Tools >
Always on Top" option and the chat window will always be on top of any other
window. (In theory at least, some games may overide this setting. If that
happens, just press Alt+Tab to bring the Messenger window back to the
front).
