Multiple BSOD Crashes

Hi guys. I'll get straight to the point.

For some odd reason my PC has been blue screening like crazy. Each time it happens the error is different. ALL drivers updated & signed. Started to happen after a recent Windows update. No idea on how to send correct dumps so pls halp. Examples of crash errors:

KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
What failed: usbaudio.sys

QUOTA_UNDERFLOW

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
What failed: USBXHCI.SYS

KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE

PAGE_FAULT_in_nonpages_area
What failed: RTKVHD64.sys

SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
What failed: win32kfull.sys

These are just some of the errors that come up. Genuinely clueless as to why they appear.

Crashes happen randomly and at different times e.g. 40 minutes after boot, 7 hour gaming session etc etc. Also happens on youtube videos or twitch etc.

Memtest came back clean. No errors detected. Same with hard drive doing the /sfc scannow command.

Edit: deleted question about PSU make and model. How old is the PSU?

Try checking Reliability History and Event Viewer. May provide more insight via addlitional error messages or patterns.

Especially any error codes or warnings that occur just before or at the time of the crashes.

Your PSU may be the prime suspect.

The PSU is probably about a year old or so. Hasn't really failed me before. I'll have a look at the event viewer thing. Not sure what I'm doing with it but ill report what I find.

I'd recommend to monitor the HDD usage for a couple of minutes. My pc used to do the exact same thing because my HDD it's usage was always on 100%, I replaced it and it fixed my issue. Might be something with the mobo as well down to the south bridge.

Not sure if this was any helpful but I'm curious if you are facing the same problem.

I think its definitely looking like the hard drive is on its way out. I'm performing checks and such to confirm it. The speeds are slower than the average HDD. I guess this means SSD time :)
