[SOLVED] Multiple BSOD despite RAM passing tests?

Hello, recently built a new rig and have been running into different BSOD and all look to be because of RAM.

Some of these errors from the dmp files include : stop code memory management, hardware.sys, one just said RAM, dxgmm2.sys

However, I have ran memtest86, hci memtest, windows mem test and the RAM has past all of these tests with XMP enabled and disabled. The problem only happens 1/3 of the time and only on start up and shutdown.

-I have updated drivers, windows, gpu, bios.
-Have tried one stick of ram with the tests and has passed.
-Have done driver verifier, windows troubleshoot with 0 problems.
-Have done a fresh install of windows, system restore.

I am still under warranty considering I got these parts less than a month ago so would RMA be the best bet? I feel like only thing I haven't done is manual voltages and timings on the RAM.

Cpu - ryzen 3600
Gpu - evga rtx 2060
Ram - 16 GB ddr4 gskill 3200 mhz
Mobo - asrock b450m pro4

At this point, I would assume either the ram or motherboard needs an rma. If you could try either with another known working part, then you could narrow it down to one or the other.

It is possible an unstable power supply could do that also. Have you updated the AMD chipset drivers? Windows does not automatically update those! I buildt my B450 in march and there have already been two chip-set updates.

True, but on a new system I wouldn't think it would be as likely.
