So recently i was trying to overclock my AMD Athlon X3 435 with 4th core unlocked, i tried to use amd overdrive for it. I changed bus speed from 200 to 210, clicked ok, then ran the test, and then I got my first BSOD, i rebooted twice then came back to system, checked the bus speed, it showed 200, i thought that everything was going to be okay from that moment.
But then i started to get a lot of different BSODs. System started to say that it doesnt have some file, and i should reset it and things. I resetted windows, started from the beginning, installed my drivers for video card, then started to play CS:GO and after 5 minutes got another BSOD on clean system. Then I played dota and got 3 bsods, didn't manage to get a dump from those, dunno why. Then I started to surf net in search of solutions. Tested RAM on memtest84, everything was fine, then tested my gpu on aida, it was fine too, and at last tested my cpu on aida, and after 10 minutes of test I get BSOD SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION ntoskrnl.exe+1500a0.

Does it mean that I screwed my CPU, or is there still some way to fix this?
Tried to reset BIOS, didn't help.

I didnt plug it out, but I chose to use built-in as primary card in bios, and it didnt work cause I got some driver bsod each time I enter the "Welcome" screen.
Should I uninstall previous drivers of ATI to make it work?
btw I just tested cpu with occt in safe mode with base video option and it works well actually, no crashes

That OCCT in in Safe mode seems very interesting. It's most likely gonna be Your graphics card. Anyway, 5750/5770 tend to break down a lot. Well, now please uninstall the ATi/AMD graphics card drivers, even with special remover, and restart the PC without the graphics card in the slot, so Windows can load default VGA drivers, with enabled onboard graphics card.

Every graphics card since first Riva TNT2 Ultra works in 2 general modes. 2D and 3D. 2D mode almost equals basic VGA mode, which doesn't strain the proportions of GPU, nor VRAM nearly into any levels, thus it works fine even when damaged.
