Minecraft crashes on booting and Fortnite Crashes while playing, both also making my computer freeze when crashing making me force a restart my holding the power button.
Fortnite also says: File Block:
Note: file blocks can be ignored if they cause no problems
[INFO] blocked loading of file C:\Windows\System32\amdihk64.ddl

I recently switched Graphics cards and put in an AMD Radeon 7700 HD to replace my Intel 660 UHD.
Also, while botting my computer, there is a looong beep noise, then the computer boots normally.
Is this a Hardware or Software problem? Also, isnt the amdihk64.ddl the Graphics card driver? does that mean that fortnite is blocking the loading of my driver? The game runs ok, on all low, med veiw distance with 55% 3D resolution and runs at a good 40-60 FPS

Also, can I get system specs please:
CPU
GPU
Mobo
HDD/SSD
PSU
Operating System

And don't skimp on the model numbers and names please.

Because just saying i7 and Z170 mobo and the like doesn't cut it since that doesn't help me or anyone else to know the actual hardware you have and what we are working with.
Thank you.
