Question My 1080 is running at 92- 94 degrees on water block please help

Hello there thanks for the help I have a fully water cooled i7 8700k rig with a gtx 1080 1 240mm raidiator and an xspc pump reservoir combo and it sees my gpu is reaching 93 degrees on water for no reason whenever I go to use it and I even tried turning the voltage down but running six siege on max settings ony got 15 to 30 fps

Sounds like bad thermal contact, or the water isn't flowing.

I mean I double checked water flow I may try reinstalling the water block and cleaning it out

if it's flowing it's flowing, but contact pressure block to chip is what i'd suspect given the scale of the temp.

Reseat the waterblock. Remove, replace paste, and reinstall. Make sure you're getting good contact between the block and die.
