Question my 1650 is underperforming using 10 or 12 % load

i bought hp pavellion gaming with ryzen 5600h and gtx 1650 3gb and 8gb ram but it is not performing well even in valorent it is giving 20..15 fps pls help me

BCS in nzxt cam it shows only 10% usage and valorent game it is only giving 15..20 fps pls help me

Have you tried any other games? Monitored temps? Ensured you are using your GPU not iGPU? Tried a different monitoring software?

can you help me I don't know much about all this stuff I tried warzone but same thing happen I bought this laptop yesterday should I return this I check on another gaming videos of valorent on u tube with same settings but they all are working

its not working in valorent it is giving only 20 fps and load on GPU is not stable ..sudden its 20 then its 52 then 60 and again 20 this type of behaviour is showing
