most large manufacturers/distributors have local repair shops all over the place that are licensed to handle their components.
what's the warranty status on the set?
if any local repair options they have available are asking much for diagnosis and/or repair i would just say forget it and look into a new set.The warranty isn't good anymore it was only for 1 year
