[SOLVED] My apps won't work

I've recently , took all my components out of my pc to clean them . piece by piece , and when I tried to open it , I had an issue with the bios , but I managed so solve it .
Well now , when I try to play a game , a multiplayer game , after a couple of seconds I get disconnected saying I lost connection , but everything is fine , my discord works , internet works , spotify works , only the game . And it's not just 1 game , its all the games I have on my pc , before cleaning my pc , I never had this issue before , I really don't know what to do anymore , please someone help me solve it.

Please list full system specs and how exactly did you clean each component?

CPU : Ryzen 7 3700x
GPU : GTX 1050 Ti
RAM: 16 GB 3200 mHz
MOBO : X570 Gaming X
PSU: 850 W
STORAGE : 2 SSDs , both 500 GB , and 1 M.2 Gen 4 500 GB NVME

I used a can of compressed air , I don't think that this matters , as the internet works 100 % fine , just when I try to play a game it doesn't work

Did you have any other programs running while you ran the benchmark as it says you have 19% background usage? Also, what was the issue you had with the BIOS?

My bios was frozen and wouldn't go past the boot loading screen , so I took the battery out and put it back in , and my pc worked , maybe my brave ,and one game

Reboot and let the pc sit for 5 mins.
