[SOLVED] My Asus Stix RTX 2060 board seems bent?

The board on my Asus ROG Strix RTX 2060 seems bent. I dont know if this is bad or normal. Also the lighting worked fine at first but now starting a few days ago it won't light up at all or be recognized by aura sync. Im not sure if this is related to bent PCB. Please help.

How long have you had it? If you just got it, return it. If it is older, check the warranty, ASUS will probably consider this one if there are no signs of physical impact.

If it is too old for warranty (doubtful) then just take it apart and put it back together. RGB issue is probably loose cable, maybe broken wire.

That thermal pad doesn't look like it is in full contact any longer.

Depends on the return policy from where you bought it. 30-day, 90-day?

Pretty much universal to have a 1-year limited warranty no matter what. ASUS might have more. Check here:

You can request an RMA from them. Might cost you shipping one way, and they may even repair your card and return it rather than send a replacement, but then it would on them, vs you doing it and something breaking.
