My battery came out and my clocks are all reset. But I can't get back.

I had my AMD running at 3.0ghz and the Multiplyer at around 330.

Now my battery came out and my clocks are all reset. And when I go over 270(Something around 1.8ghz) on the Multiplyer I get a black screen.

How can I get back to 3.0ghz or even 2.8?
