My computer can't run 3dmark2000 completely!! Why?

I upgrade my computer in this week but i found a lot a problem on there ?!!! Can anyone give me suggestion to improve it?

Spec:
AMD 1000Mhz
Asus K7V
Winfast Gforce2 GTS 32Mb -6ns DDRram
kingmax pc133 128Mb
IBM 20G 7200RPM

my friend and i buy a new computer as same time, but he can complete 3dmark2000 and get a result ,and play some 3d game. (CPU and display is different AMD800 , Gforce2MX Winfast) So, i confusing what problem on my computer??!!

My power supply is 300W (no brand)
CPU temputer is 60'C

Who can help me to solve this problem to run all software smoothly and as less as hangs!!!!

first set bios to default settings, make sure cpu is set up correctly 1 gig ...

if doesn't work: get latest drivers for Nvidia, Via

also check if everyhting is connected properly.

victor go inot your bios anad make sure you have "fast wrotes" disabled. Give that a shot. Also, when trouble shooting make sure you only do one thing at a time.
