Question my computer is showing no signal

computer boots up and says no signal, at first the mouse wasnt lighting up so i thought it was a ram issue, but I tried other ram and that didnt work either
so I bought a new motherboard. I tried and it still didnt work after I updated bios and put in a new power supply...
Still nothing. I eventually was ably to get
my mouse to start lighting up and get into the bios. Don't know what do from there.

My Specs

Motherboard: B550-a pro

GPU: GTX 1660 super

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600x

RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4

PSU: Thermaltake TOUGHPOWER pf1 850W

And a hard drive and 256 gb ssd, and a 500 gb ssd.

Windows 10 , Sceptre L27 monitor

Update: I can only get into bios if I have the dp cable (which is my main cable) and hdmi cable plugged in at the same time
