Today I woke up and turned my computer on. Everything loaded fine and I got to my desktop. I loaded a game up and it brought me to the login screen and I got in game. I went to do an event in the game and the game just closed without any error message or anything. I loaded it up a second time and I got to the game again but this time it closed right when my character showed up. I loaded a third time and it crashed with an error message at the loading screen(that I can't remember). I decided to restart my computer because that fixed the problem in the past and I got stuck in the Gigabyte screen. Now the only way I can turn off the computer is by holding the power button, but when the computer's light turns on it goes straight to that screen rather than loading anything or showing the hotkeys for bios and such like it should be showing. Any help ? So far I have unplugged all the external cords behind the pc and in the usb slots, but that hasn't worked. The very first start up it quickly showed me the hotkeys and I went into the Gigabyte bios and booted from there but it just went black and then showed the motherboard loading screen. I'm not sure what else I can do.

Are you talking about "Load Optimized Defaults" in the Save & Exit section? When I do that it asks me yes or no. When I press yes it just closes that question and nothing happens. I tried pressing Save and Exit setup and its still stuck in the motherboard logo. The plus side is that if I spam the hotkey I can get to the bios before it freezes on the logo. Also, how would I remove the CMOS battery on a Gigabyte F2A55M-HD2 motherboard without forcing it out? Am I missing a screw or something?

Battery for the cmos is normally held in place by a little possibly silver clip. Just push the clip to the side to release the battery. The battery should resemble that of an oversized watch battery.

Okay so I waited 5 minutes and replaced the battery, the system loaded up with a screen asking me to either load optimized defaults and boot or load optimized defaults and reboot. I chose to load optimized defaults and reboot and it is still loading into the logo screen and then staying stuck at the loading screen for the motherboard. Now the fan makes a weird noise as it boots and keeps making the sound. Not sure what I can try next.

Make sure a wire didn't get pushed into the fan. Next you want to look at RAM. If you have 2 or more sticks try removing one and if it is still not working remove that stick and try the other stick by itself.

You were right about the wire, it was right next to the corner of the fan, as for the ram I only have 1 4gb stick of ram. Just in case you wanted me to try it, I took out the stick of ram and rebooted the computer, when its out the computer powers on and everything but the screen stays black.

Won't be able to rule the RAM out as a possibility. Another thing it could be is a very messed up disk drive but this is not as common. To check, disconnect all disk drives and try booting. If you get past the motherboard screen to a no operating system error then its a disk drive problem.

Do you mean take out the optical disk drive or the hard disk? I have an optical and a 500gb hdd

When I pressed the power button it brought me straight to the UEFI Dual Bios and said "No Bootable device is detected. System will enter the BIOS Setup Utility". I didn't even get a motherboard logo or windows screen, it went straight to that.

Whenever I exit it the gigabyte logo flashes and then the screen turns black with a white underscore in the top left then immediately goes back to the dual bios screen. If I leave it again the same thing happens kind of like a loop. I also want to mention that with both disks connected if I try to boot from the windows disk it loads the files like normal and lets me go past the gigabyte screen, starting windows appears, and the install windows screen loads up normally.
