My computer keeps asking me if I want to delete every file I open.

For every file I open (Outlook Express, Desktop folders, etc.) my computer asks if I am sure I want to send it to the recycle bin. I accidentally deleted OE and now I cannot restore the icon or the folders. I have run 3 spyware programs and checked my firewall. All have come up negative. HELP!

you can click start
all programs
accessories
(tools)
system restore
you pick a bold date on the calender when a restore point was created
and set the system back to that date. (before the problem started)
This may or may not work, and some viruses disable the system restore option.
