Question My computer keeps crashing after removing the GPU and putting it back in ?

After I took out my gpu to take photos of it as im selling it, i put it back in and i didn't put the screws in that hold it, after staying on the computer for a bit it crashed and after i force reboot it my monitor was stuck at 60hz, 60hz being the only setting in the display settings. Now i put the screws in and redownloaded my gpu drivers but my pc still crashes from time to time, but the pc keeps running, and it just says "HDMI" on my monitor.

You might want to try using DDU to uninstall your GPU drivers, then manually install the latest GPU driver in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator. See if that helps. Also, mind sharing the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:

A bad quality PSU can and will exhibit the issue you've mentioned above.

putting the gpu into the other slot seems to have worked for now.
