Question my computer wont start properly and my keyboard wont turn on

Everytime I start up my PC after turning it off completely (shutting down the PC and turning it off by the main switch), the PC will turn on, but it wont up on the screen, all it shows is the HDMI channel with a black screen, and the keyboard wont switch on. I hard reset every time but I don't want to damage the PC by doing it everytime this happens, its only recently started doing this and I have no idea how to fix it, please help

You said you used the switch to shut down? That is a hard shut down and never should be done. All you need to do is click the start button, the click shut down and the Computer will do the rest.
