[SOLVED] My CPU has a problem and i have no ideea why

Hey guys, in the past few days my CPU started going crazy with usage up to 100% while browsing firefox and nothing else opened, it happens from time to time so it isn't an imediate problem, but i scanned with my antivirus if there's any malware causing it and it found nothing, i did a quick scan , a system scan and also a vulnerability scan to see if it finds anything. I thought it was because of some weird website since i heard that some farm bitcoin using some form of embed i guess, still nothing, the only fix was restarting my computer and it went back to normal, if anyone can help me it would be appreciated i also have a screenshot of the task manager at the time, but i don't know how to post it on this thread since i don't use it that often

CPU - i7-4790
16gb Ram
2 SSD
1 HDD
Gigabyte motherboard
I didn't think of checking the temperature back then since i was in a rush to finish a project, but i dont think it was that high, it usually stays around 35-40 C
