Question My cpu is not preforming as it should be?

Thought that my VRM was getting over heated so I changed out my water cooler for the stock cooler. The results really didn't change. Been going thought my cpu settings and nothings seeming to change the outcome. Did a benchmark with the stock cooler and here are the results I got. https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/17443575. The average temp with the water cooler was Min of 24 c and Max of 35 C. Then the stock cooler gives me a temp of around 30 C. Idk if my cpu is going bad or it just not configured to my motherboard correctly?

What temps does your cpu run at? Id say performance is ok without overclocking.

With a heavy load the max is about 40 C. Do u think i should turn up my hz from 3 to like 3.5 or 3.7. Or would that put too much stress on my pc?

You could overclock easily and get a performance bump. Id try 3700mhz at 1.325v
