My dell optiplex 3010 came with 10gb of RAM can I upgrade to 16?

I bought a dell optiplex 3010 small form factor from dell with 10gb of ram preinstalled. I would now like to upgrade it to 16gb. Is there any reason that shouldn't work? In the manual and online it says the max is 8gb... but obviously not.

Crucial.com says the SFF only has 2 RAM slots. !0 GB isn't possible in 2 slots. If it actually has 4 RAM sockets, and you actually have 10GB then yes 16GB should work.

All the RAM listed is x64 low density RAM. 1600 speed looks good though.
