Solution W W william p Oct 24, 2017 Crucial.com says the SFF only has 2 RAM slots. !0 GB isn't possible in 2 slots. If it actually has 4 RAM sockets, and you actually have 10GB then yes 16GB should work. http://www.crucial.com/usa/en/compatible-upgrade-for/Dell/optiplex-3010-small-form-factor All the RAM listed is x64 low density RAM. 1600 speed looks good though.
