Question My device stops working after disconnecting and reconnecting. Is there any way to fix this issue ?

I have a custom keyboard where you can switch around different modes you can use the device with, but every time I switch to a different mode like Bluetooth and switch back to wired mode again it just stops working. I also recently found out that it also happens with my mouse. I disconnect my mouse and connect it again it just stops working but my mouse program will pop up and say it's connected. The device would only work again after restarting my PC. Is there any way to fix this issue?

which motherboard?

which driver versions did you install?

why do you switch the modes wired and bluetooth?

I have the asus Rog maximus xi hero (wifi) MOBO. I just updated the bios to version 2004.

My mouse is a Logitech g pro superlight, and my keyboard is cub65(custom board).

I just updated the Bluetooth drivers on the device manager.

I have no reason to switch between the modes but it would just be nice to fix the issue as it occurs with my other devices too.
