On a budget trying to keep under 1000$ using new egg mostly planning on adding another SAPPHIRE 100314-3L Radeon HD 6870 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 ive spent 905 but am expecting 50 back in rebates hopefully sooner then later even a littler over this aint to bad of a rig i think right?

Well, the first one received 13% 1 egg reviews. The second one received 9%. One the one hand the Z68 chipset is preferred over the p67, but between these two boards it looks like the p67 will be more reliable. I wouldn't choose either, I'd look at similar boards from Gigabyte or ASUS.

You should look at6 the 1TB Samsung F3 hard drive. I don't see any other problems but the PSU is not a familiar brand. I'd look at Antec, Seasonic, Corsair, or some of the better Kingwin models.

First of all what id ur monitors resolution?
don't pay attention to newegg revies too much ... both of those boards are solid and offer PCIe 3.0 .. not that u gonna use it anytime soon
P67 generally more stable at higher frequencies but u can look at some gigabyte and Asus as well

don't need 16gb of RAM .. 8 is plenty also get low profile one ( like corsair vengeance)

pick up a cooler for ur CPU .. like CM Hyper 212+ ~ $30
not sure about that PSU
how about http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371049
will let u power up two of those 560Ti .. yeah switch to that ..
or if u want single GPU ( which I would preffer) go for 6950 2Gb

Yea I think I will be picking up a CM Hyper 212 for my cpu but my psu was a shell shocker soo i took it bronze certified tho.

well my monitor is really random right now with my current setup at 1360X768 not sure its max but i have a horrible graphics card currently and if i crossfire these cards wouldnt that be better than a 6950?

Go for a 6950. You can OC that thing to a 6970 for around $240, essentially making it be able to run anything ever.

Don't think you need 16GB RAM. 8GB works fine with most everything.

Look on Newegg for a cheaper 750w PSU with good reviews. I would aim for $75 or so.

Use this HDD, it's pretty much the best one out there. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822152185&nm_mc=OTC-Froogle&cm_mmc=OTC-Froogle-_-Hard+Drives-_-SAMSUNG-_-22152185

Get this too. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103065

Most mobos from ASUS are great (ASRock is a cheaper line of ASUS, still good mobos). Gigabyte can be give or take.

Good luck!

Unless your buying a case with USB 3.0 ports, you may as well spend a little less on the motherboard and buy the Extreme3 Gen3.

As said above, 8GB RAM is enough, especially for gaming, its more than enough.
1600MHz, 1.5v, CL9 is recommended as best value for money RAM with SandyBridge.

PSU - Recommended brands include; XFX, SeaSonic, Corsair, Antec, (some) OCZ. Always look for 80PLUS ratings.
