My front panel headphone jack doesn't work.

I recently bought the corsair carbide series spec-03 gaming case but the front panel headphone jack doesn't work. All of the drivers are up to date, it is in the right plug and I don't think he case is faulty because one day it stopped working on my old pc case as well. I don't know what to do and I don't want to send my motherboard or case back. Thanks in advance

Are you sure the cables are plugged fully into the correct place on your MB?

They are in the same place as before and I have repeatedly read the instructions to make sure I haven't missed anything. I have the asus sabertooth 990fx 2.0r

Not the entire thing, just the front headphone jack feature. I'm not completely sure though
