[SOLVED] My Game's are slowly getting more glitchy?

Hello,
I'm having issues with my game library which I've moved between windows installs and PC's and over time my game's have been slowly breaking, lack of config file here, general stuff like that, i'm wondering if this is normal for an old steam library.
