hello, i just recently upgraded my pc with the specs listed below and i feel as if i am not unleashing my rig's full potential. I have optimized my rig a little bit and overclocked my gpu +100mhz, and my gpu usage is 20-30% and cpu is 25-35% - currently getting about 180-230 fps in game when i should be getting 240+ consistent. please i need help with figuring out why my rig is underperforming, this is my last resort

Specs:
MBD: Asus B550-F Wifi II
CPU: Ryzen 9 5900X
GPU: 4060 Ti 16GB
RAM: 32GB 3600Mhz
PSU: 750W Bronze PSU
Storage: 2 x 1TB M.2 SSD

Hey there! Your setup is solid, but low GPU usage (20-30%) suggests a potential bottleneck. Are you playing on low settings or a low resolution? That can shift the load to the CPU - try increasing graphical settings to balance it. Also, double-check for FPS caps, V-Sync, or background apps hogging resources (like overlays). Update all drivers, ensure your power settings are on "High Performance," and monitor temps in case of throttling. Lastly, what game and resolution are you playing? Some games just don't hit 240+ FPS consistently due to optimization quirks.

Hello thank you for your input, i am playing fort and I am running performance mode on all low settings, I have my drivers updated to the most recent and i run 1440x1080

edit: sorry i cant put the whole game name in the response because it for some reasons blocks and filters it.
