[SOLVED] my gigabyte a320m H Mobo vcos temp goes to 90-100c while gaming. im using hwmonitor. rest 5mobo temp are normal.even load cpu temp is just 55-65.

VRMs are generally good to well over 100C, pretty sure that is the lower power side that supplies the parts of the CPU that aren't the cores/cache.

Still, your board doesn't have heatsinks on any of the VRMs, you could get some loose heatsinks and thermal adhesive and put some on if you are worried. That or get a fancier motherboard.
