my gpu is messing up

ok so my i just put in a r9 280x toxic and it has many broken textures and glitched character models and white pixel glitches that will pop up randomly in game and at desktop and also it will randomly crash while im in game. is it going out is there a driver issue what is wrong

It is possible that the card is going out or it's not getting enough juice from the PSU. I doubt it's a driver issue unless this only happens in one game.

Unless the PSU is bad I would maybe look at the GPU. Do you have problems on the desktop or just in games.

there is also some parts of the game it looks like a rainbow also it is only in call of duty ghosts

I would lean towards the GPU. Only other way is to test it out either on another system or try a different card in your system.

Could it be? Yes. For sure is it? No, not for sure. You won't know until you change it. But it would be my guess.
