Hello I’ve been building a new pc recently after a couple of years actually and I ran into a problem…
My GPU isn’t listed in the device manager…
It only says in there generic windows graphic device or some such ( can’t check right now, since I’ve disassembled it all again) can’t install the NVIDIA drivers for the card either
And in unknown devices it shows me PCI express twice actually.
Build is like that:
Mb: GIGABYTE B450 I AORUS PRO WIFI
GPU: Inno3D GeForce GTX 1050 Ti X2
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 2600
Ram: Patriot Viper 4 Blackout Series 16GB KIT DDR4

also I get issue where windows either freezes up completely or I get the clock watchdog timeout, but I suspect it’s due to the graphic card issue

Okay I’ve set up the PCI to gen 2 then 3 (was auto detect be4) but after going into device manager, my GPU is still unrecognised or it’s not namely showing, when I try to auto update drivers it shows me this: windows found driver software for your device but encountered an error while attempting to install it.
