Look at what? How should I check if its causing crash.
It is one of the worst power supplies ever released. You have 4 hard drives, 4 sticks of memory, a 95 watt tdp processor, water cooling and a 150 watt tdp card and you ask what is wrong , it has reached its end after all the years you have had it.
A multimeter and if you don't know , go to an electronics technician to measure it for you

have you ever ised the card for mining.. and changed the gpu's bios? as this sometimes will cause the same issue. and a bios flash back to original bios will sort it..

Okay, I had no idea thank you. I forgot to add,
around 1 month ago I changed motherboard b360m to z390
2x8GB Ram to 4x32GB Ram
and added Second ssd because I had two m.2 slots on the new z390

I am not very tech savy I did not think the power supply would not have enough power.

So I should for sure get a new PSU, regardless of the Driver timeouts.
I couldnt add in the original first post due to some error on the website, but I am having these issues since changing the motherboard, ram, new ssd.
to also add I have a GPU Riser cable because I have a custom desk pc and have the gpu mounted below.

I have never used the card for mining, I actually checked the bio setting earlier this morning

Let the first disk with the Wins back in, remove the rest disksand anything that draws unnecessary current, and try.
I think I am gonna go get a new power supply man. The words "It is one of the worst power supplies ever released." got me and I have many components, this is something I did not account for when upgrading two months ago...
my own fault
Do you think the Graphics Card will still be okay if I change the power supply?
Or will the damage be done?...

If you'd like I can try unplugging 2 drives, a fan controller and test

Being as the card came out in 2017 have you really checked the card for dust. This is not to take away from anything already talked about. Even if you had the best power supply you could buy I would still ask about the dust.

I took a air compressor to it last week as well, looks brand new
