Look at what? How should I check if its causing crash.
It is one of the worst power supplies ever released. You have 4 hard drives, 4 sticks of memory, a 95 watt tdp processor, water cooling and a 150 watt tdp card and you ask what is wrong , it has reached its end after all the years you have had it.
A multimeter and if you don't know , go to an electronics technician to measure it for you

Okay, I had no idea thank you. I forgot to add,
around 1 month ago I changed motherboard b360m to z390
2x8GB Ram to 4x32GB Ram
and added Second ssd because I had two m.2 slots on the new z390

I am not very tech savy I did not think the power supply would not have enough power.

So I should for sure get a new PSU, regardless of the Driver timeouts.
I couldnt add in the original first post due to some error on the website, but I am having these issues since changing the motherboard, ram, new ssd.
to also add I have a GPU Riser cable because I have a custom desk pc and have the gpu mounted below.

Let the first disk with the Wins back in, remove the rest disksand anything that draws unnecessary current, and try.
I think I am gonna go get a new power supply man. The words "It is one of the worst power supplies ever released." got me and I have many components, this is something I did not account for when upgrading two months ago...
my own fault
Do you think the Graphics Card will still be okay if I change the power supply?
Or will the damage be done?...

If you'd like I can try unplugging 2 drives, a fan controller and test

Being as the card came out in 2017 have you really checked the card for dust. This is not to take away from anything already talked about. Even if you had the best power supply you could buy I would still ask about the dust.
I took a air compressor to it last week as well, looks brand new

That your PC shuts down completely points towards PSU issues. You could try load shedding, so resetting the BIOS to the optimized defaults, removing all peripherals, using only two sticks of ram, disconnecting non-boot hard disks and so on until you have a bare bones system. If that fixes your problem, you will know for sure the PSU is bad.

In any case, invest in a better PSU.

1. Try to disconnect as much as you can (I would say stick with the keyboard and mouse)
2. If you are going to go for a power supply, you will look for it to be at least gold and between 650/750 watts, (the largest in case you change the graphics card in the future).
3. Check the motherboard (I hope you get it new and not used) and check the last 2 memory sticks you added (I would say remove them and stay with the first 2 for testing), that you add them one by one so that you can understand from which point and then a problem occurs
4. Check the graphics card and the cables that go to your monitors, before you proceed with any purchase.Adrenalin 24.9.1 works well without problems, if you have an older one, update to it (it is the latest for the card you have)
5. I would say to do a clean installation of Windows at the end

I will follow your steps
1. I have yet to try unplugging everything else apart from keyboard and mouse
2. I have just got a power supply
RM850x its new
3. I did also purchase the motherboard new
( to get second m.2 slot )
My Ram situation is confusing, I have switched it once but they were not labeled, I had enough of the crashing So I tried switching and labeled each one 1,2,3,4 Incase i need to switch around again
I switched out ram completely when I got the new motherboard, 4 New sticks
They are listed on the motherboard which one is what slot, although the ram was not listed when I first installed So I am unsure here
4. I have been contacting AMD support to check GPU, We tested it at my friends house last night and everything ran smoothly, installed drivers fine, ran games.
I dont think my GPU is the problem now
5. I upgraded to windows 11,
but will I have to wipe the SSDs storage with windows 11 on it in order to do so.

Next thing
I tested the GPU, it shouldn’t be the problem, I am considering it may be my riser cable, It seems good, nothing ever was wrong before. I will have to order a new one and see.

I bought a new PSU
Now the new problem is it does not want to really even stay operating
It will freeze maybe 5 minutes after boot?
Not even in a game
What could this be?

The Power supply is good I dont expect it to be the problem either, everything is plugged in properly,
but I will try unplugging everything else in step 1
And go from there,
or either RAM, or Riser Cable

name of ram and is it a actual kit of 4 of the same ram
