My graphics card doesn't show up!

Hello,I have a XFX Radeon HD 6790 and I've checked everything. My computer is connected to my TV through my video card and I've installed all the drivers, but it STILL doesn't show up under Device Manager and I have another question...

My Digital Audio doesn't work either. It says "Not Plugged in". Any ideas on how to fix that?

happens to me all the time
unplug the HDMI from the PC side then wait 10 seconds then back in.
